A stretch often fails because you cannot reach your foot or hand. This strap closes the gap. It is 180 cm of woven polyester with 10 sewn loops along its length, so you can hold one loop, move to the next one as you ease in, and keep the hold without gripping a sliding strap.

The strap does not stretch, which makes it easy to control. It works for lying hamstring stretches, hip and glute stretches, shoulder openers behind the back and quad stretches lying on your side.
