The figure-8 band is a compact all-rounder. Two latex tubes join two foam handles in an 8 shape, so you can hold both handles for presses and pull-aparts, or stand on the middle for curls and lateral raises.

It is 45 cm long unstretched and gives a light to medium resistance of roughly 5–10 kg as you pull it further. That suits shoulder warm-ups, high-rep arm work and travel. The nylon sleeve around the middle protects the tubes where they cross.
