Sent from our own address once your payment clears. One page for the week, one page per training day with how to set up each item, and a log to fill in. Print it or keep it on your phone. It is also on your order page.
Questions about this pack
When does the plan PDF arrive?
We e-mail it to the address on your order shortly after your payment is confirmed, one e-mail per pack. That is usually before your parcel leaves the warehouse, so you can read the week before your gear arrives. You can also download it from your order page under Download plan PDF.
My plan PDF has not arrived. What can I do?
First check your spam or junk folder for an e-mail with the subject "Your 7-day plan". Then open your order page, signed in or through Find my order, and use Download plan PDF. The download appears once the payment is confirmed. If it is still missing, contact us with your order number and we send the plan again.
Does a routine pack need a gym?
It depends on the pack, and each pack page says so. First heavy pull needs a gym with a barbell, plates and a pull-up bar, which are not in the box. Desk-day reset needs only a bit of floor, for 10 minutes a day at home. Living-room gym needs a solid door that closes and floor space of about 2 × 1 m, with no machines.
Can I return one item from a routine pack?
No. A pack is sold as one set at a pack price, so it is returned as one set. Send back every item in the pack, unused, within 30 days of delivery, and we refund the pack price. If one item arrived faulty or damaged, contact us and we replace that item. If you only want some of the items, you can buy each one on its own instead.
