About Gripflow
Gripflow sells gym accessories and routine packs, and we write every product page so you can see what a piece of kit does before you buy it.
What we sell
We sell the small kit that makes training work: lifting straps, wrist wraps, grips, chalk, loop and tube bands, foam rollers, massage balls, exercise mats, door anchors and ankle straps. You can buy each piece on its own, or as part of a routine pack.
Why we sort by goal
You probably came here with a goal in mind: a heavier deadlift, a few minutes of stretching after a day at a desk, or a way to train at home. So every product carries the goals it suits: strength, mobility or home gym. Pick a goal in the shop and you see the gear that fits it.
Routine packs
A routine pack is a set of gear for one goal with a 7-day plan that uses it. Each session in the plan says which exercise to do, how many sets and reps, and which item from the box to use. The plan is a general week of training. It is not tailored to you, and it is not medical advice.
How we write a product page
Each page starts with what the product does for your goal, then gives the numbers: length, width, thickness, resistance, weight and what is in the box. When a supplier does not state a figure, we write "Not stated" instead of guessing. We do not show ratings or reviews, because we do not have real ones yet.
How an order works
You can order as a guest or with an account. You pay on the secure page of our payment provider, so your card details never reach us. We ship to the United Kingdom, Germany and France and e-mail you a tracking link when your order leaves the warehouse. You can return unused items within 30 days of delivery.
