Shipping & returns
We ship to the United Kingdom, Germany and France. The table shows the shipping cost, the free-shipping amount and the usual delivery time for each country, and checkout shows the shipping cost again before you pay. Prices are in euros and include VAT.

- The free-shipping amount is measured after any promo code.
- We e-mail you the carrier and a tracking link when your order ships. Both are on your order page too.
- An order with more than one item may arrive in more than one parcel. Each parcel has its own tracking link.
- For deliveries to the United Kingdom, import VAT or duties may be collected on arrival where they are not included in the checkout total.
The plan PDF is not posted
We e-mail the 7-day plan as a PDF to the address on your order shortly after the payment is confirmed. You can also download it from your order page. The gear in the pack ships like any other order.
Returns
Changed your mind
You can return unused items within 30 days of delivery, without giving a reason. Send them back with everything that came with them, in the original packaging if you still have it. You pay the return postage.
Faulty, damaged or wrong
Sorry about that. Tell us with your order number and a photo of the problem, and keep the packaging. We replace the item or refund it and pay the return postage. This does not limit your legal rights.
Returning a routine pack
A pack is sold as one set at a pack price, so it is returned as one set: every item, unused, within the same 30 days, and we refund the pack price. If one item arrived faulty or damaged, we replace that item.
How to return
Contact us with your order number first; we send the return address and instructions. Refunds go back to the card you paid with. The full terms are in the refund policy.
