Holding a loop band or a long power band in your hands can pinch the skin. These handles give you a proper grip on any band. Clip the steel carabiner around the band, take hold of the foam and you can press, row and curl as you would with a tube set.

The handle is a foam grip over a plastic tube on a strong nylon strap. The screw-lock carabiner closes so it cannot open by itself during a set.
