A pull-up bar adds hanging and pulling to a home gym without drilling. This telescopic bar twists to lengthen, then locks tight between the two sides of a door frame. Two rubber end caps hold it in place and protect the paint.
It fits frames from 72 to 95 cm wide and holds a user up to about 100 kg. The foam grips are 30 cm long each side. Hang a long band from it for assisted pull-ups, or for pulldowns and stretches.
