On a tiled or wooden floor, 10 mm of foam makes a clear difference to kneeling exercises and long stretches. This mat uses NBR foam, which is soft and springy and comes back to shape after you get up.
The thickness trades some stability for comfort, so it suits floor work more than standing balance moves. It is 183 × 61 cm and rolls up with the two elastic straps that come with it.
