Flat bands are the softest kind of resistance band. You hold the ends, wrap them around your hands, or tie them into a loop when you need one. That makes them easy to adjust for a shoulder pass-through, a hamstring stretch or a light band pull-apart at your desk.
The set has three strengths in three colours. Each band is 150 cm long and 15 cm wide, made of TPE, which contains no latex and has a soft, slightly matt feel.
